Gizlilik Politikası
Mivopop’u hesap açmadan oynayabilirsin. Oyuncu adın, ayarların, ilerlemen, günlüğün ve anıların cihazında saklanır. Apple veya Google ile giriş yapıp kayıt eşitlemeyi seçersen kaydın hesabınla bulutta saklanır. Oyunda reklam takibi, analitik ve gerçek para ile satın alma yoktur. Taklit et için yapılan ses kaydı cihazından çıkmaz.
1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim
Mivopop, bireysel geliştirici Özkan Oktay tarafından yayımlanır. Gizlilik ve hesap konusundaki her soru ve talebin için: [email protected]. Resmî site: mivopop.com.
2. Cihazında saklananlar
Oyuncu adı, avatar ve görünüm seçimleri, ayarlar, ilerleme, oyun içi envanter, Mira ve minik dostların ihtiyaçları, günlük yazıları ve oyun içinde oluşturduğun anı görselleri cihazında saklanır. Bu bilgiler hesap açmadığın sürece bize ulaşmaz. İhtiyaç göstergeleri kurgusal karakterlere aittir; gerçek sağlık veya spor verini ölçmez. Günlük alanına hassas kişisel bilgi yazmamanı öneririz.
3. İsteğe bağlı hesap ve bulut kaydı
Apple veya Google ile giriş yapmak isteğe bağlıdır. Giriş için Google Firebase Authentication kullanılır. Giriş sağlayıcısının paylaştığı ad, e-posta adresi (Apple’ın gizli e-posta adresi olabilir) ve kalıcı bir kullanıcı kimliği hesap hizmetinde işlenir. Apple veya Google parolan oyun tarafından alınmaz.
Bulutla devam etmeyi ya da cihazdaki kaydı hesaba aktarmayı sen seçersin. Eşitleme açıldığında seçtiğin oyun kaydı (ilerleme, ayarlar, envanter, günlük ve anı görselleri dahil) Google Cloud Firestore’a aktarılır ve sonraki değişiklikler otomatik olarak eşitlenir.
4. Mikrofon ve “Taklit et”
Taklit et özelliği yalnız sen başlattığında mikrofon izni ister. En fazla yaklaşık 6,5 saniyelik ses cihazında geçici olarak işlenir ve değiştirilmiş bir sesle oynatılır. Ses hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez, yazıya dökülmez ve kaydedilmez. Mikrofon iznini cihaz ayarlarından istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.
5. Kullanılan hizmetler
- Sign in with Apple ve Google ile giriş: yalnız giriş yapmayı seçersen.
- Google Firebase Authentication ve Cloud Firestore: hesap doğrulama, kayıt eşitleme ve hizmet güvenliği.
- Google Cloud Functions: hesap silme talebinin işlenmesi.
Bu hizmetler bağlantı için teknik ağ ve güvenlik bilgilerini (ör. IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama sürümü) işleyebilir. Google ile giriş yaparsan, iOS’taki Google giriş bileşeni kendi hizmeti ve analitiği için cihaz kimliği, kullanım bilgileri ve yaklaşık konum gibi teknik verileri; Google hesabında kayıtlıysa telefon numaranı da işleyebilir (Google’ın beyanına göre takip amaçlı değildir). Sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları da geçerlidir. Mivopop’un kendisi telefon numarası, rehber, fotoğraf arşivi veya konum izni istemez.
Oyunda üçüncü taraf reklam, reklam takibi, analitik veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yoktur. Uygulama içinde gördüğün mağaza tanıtımları yalnız oyunun kendi içeriğidir.
6. Satın almalar
Bu sürümde gerçek para ile satın alma ve abonelik yoktur. Oyun içi para birimi Mivopoint bu sürümde yalnız oyun içinde kazanılır. Uygulama kart veya banka bilgisi istemez. Gerçek satın almalar eklenirse bu politika önceden güncellenecektir.
7. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki dayanak
Hesap ve bulut kaydı verilerini, istediğin hizmeti sunmak (kayıt eşitleme, hesabına erişim) ve hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak için işleriz. Mikrofon yalnız açık iznin ve isteğinle kullanılır. Verilerini satmayız, reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız ve profil çıkarmak için kullanmayız.
8. Yurt dışına aktarım
Hesap ve bulut kaydı hizmetleri Google’ın altyapısında çalışır. Bu nedenle hesap ve kayıt verilerin Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Giriş yapmayı ve eşitlemeyi seçtiğinde bu aktarıma onay vermiş olursun. Hesap açmadan oynarsan oyun verilerin cihazından çıkmaz.
9. Saklama süresi ve silme
- Cihazdaki veriler, uygulamayı silene kadar cihazında kalır.
- Hesaptan çıkmak veya uygulamayı kaldırmak bulut hesabını silmez.
- Hesabını ve ilişkili bulut oyun verilerini oyun içindeki hesap ekranından, açık onay ve yeniden giriş adımlarıyla silebilirsin. Silme talebini [email protected] adresine de iletebilirsin.
- Silme sonrasında eski cihazların veriyi yeniden yüklemesini önlemek için yalnız kullanıcı kimliğine bağlı bir “silindi” kaydı tutulur.
- Başka cihazlardaki yerel kopyalar uzaktan silinemez; o cihazlarda uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin.
10. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve bulunduğun yerdeki mevzuat (ör. AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü) kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve onayını geri çekme haklarına sahipsin. Talebini [email protected] adresine gönderebilirsin. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na veya bulunduğun ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
11. Çocuklar
Mivopop geniş yaş grubuna uygun, aile dostu bir oyundur. Hesap açmadan oynanabilir; reklam, sohbet veya kullanıcılar arası mesajlaşma içermez. Hesap ve bulut kaydı özellikleri, bulunduğun ülkedeki dijital onay yaşının altındaki çocuklar için ebeveyn veya vasi onayıyla kullanılmalıdır. Bir çocuğun onaysız hesap açtığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz; hesabı sileriz.
12. Tanıtım sitesi
mivopop.com ad, e-posta veya hesap bilgisi istemez; analiz ve reklam takip araçları kullanmaz. Ses, hareket ve dil tercihin yalnız kendi tarayıcında saklanabilir.
13. Değişiklikler
Kullanılan hizmetler veya veri işleme değişirse bu sayfayı ve App Store gizlilik bilgilerini güncelleriz.
Privacy Policy
You can play Mivopop without an account. Your player name, settings, progress, diary and memories are stored on your device. If you sign in with Apple or Google and turn on save syncing, your save is stored in the cloud with your account. The game has no ad tracking, no analytics and no real-money purchases. The voice recording for Repeat never leaves your device.
1. Controller and contact

2. Stored on your device
Your player name, avatar and appearance choices, settings, progress, in-game inventory, Mira’s and the little friends’ needs, diary entries and in-game memory images are stored on your device. They do not reach us unless you create an account. Needs belong to fictional characters; the game does not measure your real health or exercise. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in your diary.
3. Optional account and cloud save
Signing in with Apple or Google is optional. Sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication. The name, email address (which may be Apple’s private relay address) and a persistent user ID shared by the sign-in provider are processed by the account service. The game never receives your Apple or Google password.
You choose whether to continue with your cloud save or move this device’s save to your account. When syncing is on, your selected save (including progress, settings, inventory, diary and memory images) is sent to Google Cloud Firestore and later changes sync automatically.
4. Microphone and “Repeat”
Repeat asks for microphone permission only when you start it. Up to about 6.5 seconds of audio is processed temporarily on your device and played back with a changed voice. The audio is never uploaded, transcribed or saved. You can turn microphone access off at any time in your device settings.
5. Services we use
- Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In: only if you choose to sign in.
- Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore: account verification, save syncing and service security.
- Google Cloud Functions: processing account deletion requests.
These services may process technical network and security information (such as IP address, device and app version) to connect. If you sign in with Google, the Google Sign-In component on iOS may process technical data such as device identifiers, usage information and approximate location for its own service and analytics, and your phone number if it is on your Google account (not used for tracking, according to Google’s declaration). The providers’ own privacy policies also apply. Mivopop itself does not ask for your phone number, contacts, photo library or location permission.
The game has no third-party ads, ad tracking, analytics or personalised advertising. Store promotions you see in the app are the game’s own content only.
6. Purchases
This version has no real-money purchases or subscriptions. In this version the in-game currency, Mivopoint, can only be earned in the game. The app never asks for card or bank details. If real purchases are added, this policy will be updated beforehand.
7. Purposes and legal basis
We process account and cloud-save data to provide the service you ask for (save syncing, access to your account) and to keep the service secure. The microphone is used only with your explicit permission and request. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising or use it for profiling.
8. International transfers
Account and cloud-save services run on Google’s infrastructure, so your account and save data may be processed and stored on servers outside Türkiye and outside your country. By signing in and turning on syncing you consent to this transfer. If you play without an account, your game data stays on your device.
9. Retention and deletion
- Data on your device stays there until you delete the app.
- Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud account.
- You can delete your account and its cloud game data from the account screen in the game, with explicit confirmation and re-authentication. You can also send a deletion request to [email protected].
- After deletion, only a “deleted” marker tied to the user ID is kept so that old devices cannot upload the data again.
- Local copies on other devices cannot be erased remotely; delete the app on those devices to remove them.
10. Your rights
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the laws where you live (for example the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information and a copy, and to rectify, erase, object to processing and withdraw consent. Send your request to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority in your country.
11. Children
Mivopop is a family-friendly game suitable for a broad age range. It can be played without an account and has no ads, chat or messaging between users. Children below the digital age of consent in their country should use the account and cloud-save features only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has created an account without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Promotional website
mivopop.com does not ask for your name, email or account details and does not use analytics or ad-tracking tools. Your sound, motion and language preferences may be stored only in your own browser.
13. Changes
If the services we use or the way we process data change, we will update this page and the App Store privacy information.
